Resolutions of the Continental Congress is talking about how the colonists are still British subjects, and have englishmen rights. That no taxes be imposed on them, without their consent or consent of representives. The fist paragraph seemed like the congress was trying to sound polite. Congress is requesting for consect from representives when imposing taxes.
Circular Letter of the Boston Committee of Correspondence; is talking about the Act of the British Parliament that was passed and how the town of Boston is treated ignominious, cruel, and unjust. representations of their governor and other persons tried to condemn the colonists by shut their port, and was said that a british fleet ships of war was to block up their harbor. The object was to try to divide the colonies. The coloines reaction was to defend American liberty, by suspending their trade with Great Britian, to defeat the design of this act of revenge. The Letter from the New York Comittee of Fifty-One to the Boston Comittee of Correspondence basically explains their agreement of keeping American libtery. They thought it was neccessary to appoint a large Comitttee to be assembled to create some unanimous resolution formed in this tatal emergency. They believed no remedy could be of avail unless its proceeds from the joint act and approbation of all. The colonies wanted to work together in defence of their American Liberty.
